What is your return policy?
We're happy to offer a full refund on all items as long as they have not been worn. To get your refund, just return the item to us within 14 days from delivery. Just post it back to us with your name and address and we'll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.
Is your item damaged or unsatisfactory?
We do our best to make sure everything arrives perfectly, but if it doesn't, our customer services team are here to help, just call 01558 650969.
Delivery Information
Every item is made to order, we dont have any sitting on the shelve just waiting to send as we offer such a large range of not just fabrics but designs, colours and sizes so please allow 2-3 working days to get items made.

UK delivery is free and goes out in first class post.

International post takes anything from 10 - 21 working days.
We do offer a tracked and signed option which can make it slightly quicker.
